Craig brings over 25 years of executive and board-level leadership experience, with a proven track record of scaling businesses across multiple markets. As the former CEO of TOA Global, he led the company from 650 to 3,700 team members, transforming it into a global workforce platform with operations across the Philippines, Australia, South Africa, and North America.Today, Craig works as a strategic advisor to founders and executive teams navigating AI transformation.

As a Certified AI Coach, he supports organisations in developing practical, human-centred AI strategies and systems. He co-founded ThriveABLE AI to help mid-sized firms turn curiosity into capability—with clarity, structure, and sustained leadership.

Sarah Stone

Sarah is a recognised expert in workforce capability, leadership development, and enterprise transformation. With over 20 years of experience leading people strategies across complex environments, she brings a rare ability to blend strategic foresight with human-first execution.

She has designed and led high-impact capability programs across sectors including education, healthcare, public service, and professional services—supporting workforces of up to 55,000 people. Her work consistently delivers on two fronts: aligning leadership and culture to strategy, and building future-ready teams equipped to perform in fast-changing environments.

As co-founder of ThriveABLE AI, Sarah shapes the design and delivery of our enablement programs—bringing a deep understanding of how learning, trust, and performance intersect in the age of intelligent systems.
